James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

I bought my car from J & M. When looking for a used car, I asked numerous friends and family members to recommend someone I could trust. J & M Precision Motors was highly recommended. Not only did I receive a beautiful car at a good price, but the service is great, too!! I am totally ignorant when it comes to car mechanics. Because of that, I am nervous about any little thing that is not perfect in my car. Mike and Perry have both taken the time to explain to me in detail any questions I might have. They have a way of problem solving with me, re-assuring me when I need it and giving me honest opinions about the choices that I have, so that I can make an informed decision. Whenever I bring my car in for service, they are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are amazing! Because of the quality of their service, I will always take my cars to them! I have only brought our cars in a couple times, but Chuck and his sons have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are lower than any other quotes I got on small and major work I had them do. Last spring while I was waiting in the lobby my son, who has type 1 diabetes had very low blood sugar that I couldn’t keep up after using all of our snacks and juice. I took one of their sodas from the lobby cooler and that did the trick, thankfully. I mentioned to Chuck that he had never had soda before because we try to stick with healthier foods- but when it gets dangerously low you grab whatever you can. Today, 4 months since we were in the shop, we had an appointment and he had gone to the store and bought apples, cookies, and water and said he was thinking of my son and wanted to be sure he had options to choose from if he needed anything. These are more than great mechanics, these are friends, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
