Excellent service by Jessica. She spent a lot of time hunting down parts and found it, even when two dealers said the part was not available. The service is a little pricey, but well worth it because of the expertise the whole team displayed. Our was very experience and worked to save us some $$$ on parts and did a nice job and didn't do unnecessary work and explained it (through Jessica) so we understood what was going on. Great service!

Avalon has been fantastic, honest, shares knowledge and offers guidance, excellent mechanical repairs at reasonable rates. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.

My Audi had an issue with intermittently not starting. Bill checked out all the possibilities. And he went beyond using his deep knowledge and experience to find the problem. He found and ordered the part. And I am thankful for the loaner car. He and his team do an excellent job, know mechanics and work to correct all the problems. Jeff's taken great care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee for years and has kept my Ford Escape going nicely for more than a decade. His work is good and the pricing is fair. I wouldn't think of taking my cars anywhere else, and recommend this garage without reservation.

I went in for a simple headlight issue. They fixed it quickly and I felt the labor and part costs were fair based on my research. The customer service was great, and they have a military discount. I will certainly be back in the future if I need more car help.
