My Audi had an issue with intermittently not starting. Bill checked out all the possibilities. And he went beyond using his deep knowledge and experience to find the problem. He found and ordered the part. And I am thankful for the loaner car. He and his team do an excellent job, know mechanics and work to correct all the problems. Very good work, and excellent warranty on work performed, Personnel well informed, and experienced, always cordial, and ready to listen to customers concerns. Been a customer for some time and highly recommend them. You may get better price somewhere else but you may not get quality work, as you will here.

Well worth the wait... Very busy shop! We had our transmission fail this last weekend. ATEC was not able to get to us for a few days during the snow storm that hit Denver last week. After many attempts we finally got through to them as we found out they had been without power for two day's. We had a friend give us the phone number and we almost gave up waiting to get them to call us back. At first we got upset leaving messages and no return call. We are so glad to get to use this shop and getting to see why so many people are using them. We will be back and thanks to the girl at the front they call her Jes. She kept us up to date with great communications. I recommend this shop and say this with gratitude to them as i could have spent a lot more then they charged to get my vehicle back on the road.

James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.
