Transmission repair service near Morrison, CO

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

Been a customer for some time and highly recommend them. You may get better price somewhere else but you may not get quality work, as you will here.

I went in for a simple headlight issue. They fixed it quickly and I felt the labor and part costs were fair based on my research. The customer service was great, and they have a military discount. I will certainly be back in the future if I need more car help.

Worst experience ever, not only was my transmission not fix correctly the first time, causing an extra week of car rental. The windshield wiper fuse was pull and never replaced. a wire harness was broken by this shop, causing four differents warning lights to go on. I was promised a discount because of their delay for not fixing it correctly, not only did I not receive a discount, I had to paid an extra $160 to fix what they broke. Finally, when I did get my car back it was dirty on the outside and inside. Do not take your car to the Aamco on East Colfax in Denver, poor workmanship and even poorer customer service.
