When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

Technician identified a small oil leak and I agreed to have it fixed for somewhere in the neighborhood of $2,000. Reality set in overnight when I realized that the car was worth $9,000.00 so a repair of that magnitude did not make sense. I called Matt early next morning and cancelled the repair. He was more than gracious and totally understood my position. Great group of guys work at Aspen. Also very knowledgeable.

My name is Bill, for the record I'm a real customer and have been doing business with the guys at Aspen for almost a year now. They have done warranty work for me on 3 different occasions. I have to say they are honestly the most knowledgeable, honest and professional auto repair business that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. With That being said I hope I never have to see them again, because I hate mechanical issues with my vehicles. However they will be the only people I ever do business with again. On each occasion I had to go in they set me up with a loaner vehicle which I appreciate because I have to be mobile and on call everyday. I want to especially send a shout out to Matt and all the guys there. You guys rock. Thanks again.
