Service stations service near Parker, CO

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

My issue accured using my cruise control on the highway, as I slow down my rpms started idling, the only way to get it to was to barely tap gas and brake to get it stop. I called Pam asked if she know what the problem was got no answer. I called some places looking for a transfer case, pam finally returned my call said it was possibly the transfer case. She asked why I was going to take it to another shop when she would do it for 1000. I told I had 350 now and I'd get the rest in a couple days I dropped on a Monday a week an half before Christmas. I was told from the shop that it should only take 4-6 hours to replace. I didn't get my truck back until Christmas Eve. So not knowing what was really fixed, I took it to get oil change and they informed me my output transfer case seal is leaking bad and I need to take it back to who replaced it. Call the Pams business number it's temporarily disconnected.

The manager there is a creep. Nasty, rude, attitude. Horrible place to go.

Awesome! I really hate mechanics, because a lot of them can be dishonest. But, these guys are right on target in customer service and knowledge. John and Luke are far to be the best of the best. I have only brought our cars in a couple times, but Chuck and his sons have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are lower than any other quotes I got on small and major work I had them do. Last spring while I was waiting in the lobby my son, who has type 1 diabetes had very low blood sugar that I couldn’t keep up after using all of our snacks and juice. I took one of their sodas from the lobby cooler and that did the trick, thankfully. I mentioned to Chuck that he had never had soda before because we try to stick with healthier foods- but when it gets dangerously low you grab whatever you can. Today, 4 months since we were in the shop, we had an appointment and he had gone to the store and bought apples, cookies, and water and said he was thinking of my son and wanted to be sure he had options to choose from if he needed anything. These are more than great mechanics, these are friends, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I believe I have been with formerly Sundance now Urban Autocare for at least 17 years they are honest upfront about their prices and they are totally awesome. Mary Todd

George at Alpine fit me right in and made sure to keep me informed with everything going on. They were terrific. Having the stupid warning light on and having my car running so badly was really a pain. George had me on the road with new brakes and my engine problem fixed in a couple hours. This is a very honest and trustworthy family run business! The shop owner is very knowledgeable and has helped keep my car running in tip top shape at a very reasonable price! They are fair and don't sell you things you don't need on your car like other mechanics do. The front staff is welcoming and very friendly. I would refer this place to anyone looking for a honest and reliable mechanic!

Excellent service by Jessica. She spent a lot of time hunting down parts and found it, even when two dealers said the part was not available. The service is a little pricey, but well worth it because of the expertise the whole team displayed. Our was very experience and worked to save us some $$$ on parts and did a nice job and didn't do unnecessary work and explained it (through Jessica) so we understood what was going on. Great service!

James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.
