Mufflers repair service near Thornton, CO

Customer service was a bit of mix and not consistent. The repairs that were done by Accurate on my vehicle were not accurate and I'm still running into the same issue. The first suggested repairs did not work, so I came back for the 2nd time. They suggested something else, for that replaced and still didn't address the initial issue - so I paid for 2 separate charges and didn't help fix my car. I don't have confidence that they will be able to accurately diagnose and repair if I were to bring into my car again, and then having to pay for another separate charge on something that doesn't have to be replaced.

The customer service is great, the work was done when I was promised. This is the third of my three cars that I take in to get worked on and am very pleased with the outcome every time.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Appointments are easy to schedule and the oil change was nice and fast!

I was told by another shop that the belt tensioner was leaking at the rate of 7 out of 10. I took my car to Bill’s Crestmoor Automotive and they checked it out. They told me is was seeping but not leaking and that they’d keep an eye on it for me. It’ll eventually need replacement but not now. They’re very professional and honest.

Bought a used truck that had a few leaks, took it in for their inspection which was very timely and thorough. I felt very comfortable with the priorities of repairs they recommended. Cost was reasonable, but worth every penny for the quality and care received. This is my 4th vehicle I've taken here and will continue to do so!
