After getting a $3,200 quote for my brake system to be replaced at a local dealership, Randy told me what the ACTUAL problem was... my brake fluid was low because my front brake pads needed to be replaced. Took my '04 Honda Civic in for a brake problem. Was told everything - rotors, pads, calipers, lines - needed to be replaced, was quoted $2500. Had the car towed at my own expense to another shop. Other shop diagnosed a broken brake line, cost me $228 to have it repaired. Brakes work fine now. Will not ever go here again.
