When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.
Angelo's was recommended by my insurance agent. They have more than a ... read more Angelo's was recommended by my insurance agent. They have more than a half dozen bays and are very busy. They did a fantastic job replacing the grill and bumper, and matching the paint color--you would never know I'd been hit. And, best of all, they washed my car--a very pleasant bonus! I would use them again (but truly hope I won't have to!).
