There is no pressure to do more than what you want done, however, he will make recommendations on future service. Perhaps the best part of dealing with Autoworks of Devon is the fact that he has loaner cars for use while your car is in the shop. I have utilized Greg's loaner cars on multiple occasions and I couldn't be happier. On top of bringing all my cars to Greg, I have also convinced my whole family to start bringing their cars to Greg. Living in Shelton I have a few car washes to choose from, but wasn't really happy and I wanted to shop around. So I did an internet search of other places in the area and found Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, which had great reviews. So I called for a quote for a detail and theirs was cheaper. Great! The customer service is AMAZING. As someone who often worries about being taken, it was nice to have Danny explain everything in a way that I could understand. He explained everything and was upfront about the work and the pricing. I was very pleased with how great my car looked and the good customer service. Will definitely be coming back.
