I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Went in for an emission test this morning and was greeted with a very professional receptionist and service person. My car was done within 20 minutes. Thank you for taking me so quickly!

I needed a new truck and found an ad for a Ford F-350 for a grand less than everyone else. Apparently there was a mistake on their ad and the vehicle was marked as being a thousand dollars less than what it was supposed to be. Now most of the places that I have been to would normally apologize and try to sell me something older for cheaper but mike the owner just knocked the price down to match the ad. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I haven't had any problems with the truck.

Since Jim Juliani sold me a lemon, I have tried to have this business just fix the problem. I bought a 2007 Nissan maxima with 170,000 miles for $5500. I was assured that the car would be inspected and all NECESSARY repairs would be made. Since the first day I had this car it has been leaking oil. I have spent over 1000.00 dollars trying to get this oil leak fixed and brought the car into juliani himself 3 times and he claims the car can't be fixed and I should not expect a car I bought from him to be like new. New?!?!?! How about sell me a car that holds oil..it's kind of important!!! Well the car can be fixed I just can't afford the extra cost. Juliani has not looked at this car once and he won't make the NECESSARY repairs as promised to me.

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.
