fix oil leak
Since Jim Juliani sold me a lemon, I have tried to have this business just fix the problem. I bought a 2007 Nissan maxima with 170,000 miles for $5500. I was assured that the car would be inspected and all NECESSARY repairs would be made. Since the first day I had this car it has been leaking oil. I have spent over 1000.00 dollars trying to get this oil leak fixed and brought the car into juliani himself 3 times and he claims the car can't be fixed and I should not expect a car I bought from him to be like new. New?!?!?! How about sell me a car that holds oil..it's kind of important!!! Well the car can be fixed I just can't afford the extra cost. Juliani has not looked at this car once and he won't make the NECESSARY repairs as promised to me.

repairs
I purchased my 2006 mercedes from Jim Juliani when it was for repairs I brought it back to them. The work was done as promised and in the time I required (being a single working parent, I could not be a minute without my car).. It was nice to know that they give you the same respect and treatment as the day I came in to buy the car...Thank you once again to the Jim Juliani crew..

Would not return deposit!
All was ok with this dealership while I was looking for a car. Rob the sales guy was nice too. I put a deposit down and told them I was looking at other options over the weekend. They said OK and deposit would be fully refundable. I bought a new Nissan instead of the used Audi from JJM. They backed out of refund promise. Had to go thru my credit card and file a claim and then the BBB to let others know. Was so easy to get my money back too....So WHYbe such A-holes about it? Be warned...don't give them cash or a check. Poor business practice. Buyer Beware!
