I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. I am very happy with Small Town Auto. Michelle in the front is always polite, patient, kind and always has a smile on her face . Every time I call her she is very patient with me. I call her all the time. I never have to wait for an appointment. I can call the day before too have an oil change or what ever I need Michelle gets me in right away. They are always accommodating to my needs. They always have my vehicle done in a timely manner. Mike(the owner) always comes out to say hi and asks me how things are going. I think that is important. The technicians are also pleasant. I would recommend Small Town Auto to anyone. The prices are good as well. I give them 4 stars.

I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.
