There is no pressure to do more than what you want done, however, he will make recommendations on future service. Perhaps the best part of dealing with Autoworks of Devon is the fact that he has loaner cars for use while your car is in the shop. I have utilized Greg's loaner cars on multiple occasions and I couldn't be happier. On top of bringing all my cars to Greg, I have also convinced my whole family to start bringing their cars to Greg. This is actually for Al Berger in Sales. We purchased a Mazda 5 from him and this guy should be a stand up comic. I have never had so much fun and clicked with a Car Salesman before. Before we knew it we were off in our new Mazda. Even if you dont buy there, just go for Al's humor alone.

Bob Thomas Ford recommended an unnecessary wheel alignment for my car. When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

I am very pleased w/the work Miranda & Sons Automotive did on my 1998 Mazda B2500 w/168,000 miles. It is my only truck that was not running after I got laid off in May. Luis understood my situation and worked w/my situation. If I did not have the lower front ball joints replaced I was possibly looking at serious future problems.
