Today, I bought my very first new-used car at Shantok Motors. My sales rep. was Jay Wanczyk. He was totally professional and courteous - He made us feel like we were NOT being taken advantage of. Went to Midas in Vernon ct to have the brakes checked on my toyota, they checked them for free and gave me a great price for the front brakes and tolled me that the rear brakes did not need to be done they wore ok. Very satisfied, great pleople.

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them.
