BAD GAS STATION AND SHOP – CROOKS Do not trust their gas or repair shop! So on 9/8/12 I went into USA Fuel located on located at 516 Boston Post Road in Milford, CT. I had bought two new tires and needed them to be mounted and balanced. I drop it off and they say it will be ready in 30 minutes. I come back and have them tell me they only had time to mount one unbalanced tire as the mechanic says he has plans and cannot finish the other. While the mechanic was telling me this, the shady owner, who knows nothing about cars, is trying to get the balancing machine working but was scratching my wheel in doing this. They charged me for one tire and tell me to go across the street to get the job finished. I was shocked, but say ok. I go across the street and the mechanic says they cross threaded a lug nut on the wheel and it would break if they take it off, so I brought the owner over to see this screw up and he told the mechanic at Meineke he would pay for the repair. The crooked owner then refuses to pay and we were all shocked at what a scumbag the owner was. I would never recommend this repair shop or gas station to anyone. They are not honest and will rip you off.

I experienced problem with my exhaust system when out of town. When I returned late in the afternoon, I contacted North Road and they were able to get me right in and complete the repair quickly. Very experienced with common problems for my vehicle make. Great job.

Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Avoid like a plague, didn’t do anything recommended to replace $1500 worth of parts first. I removed supposedly bad part and asked them to tell me what is wrong with it. They couldn’t tell
