Exhaust System
I experienced problem with my exhaust system when out of town. When I returned late in the afternoon, I contacted North Road and they were able to get me right in and complete the repair quickly. Very experienced with common problems for my vehicle make. Great job.

Tire Change and Numerous Oil Changes
Over the past few years I have gone here exclusively while I was a student at Marist. John is perhaps the nicest and more caring mechanic I know. He takes pride in his business as does his workers and it shows in the quality of their work!

I've been coming here for the past two years and I absolutely love John, Bill, and everyone at North Road Auto! From helping me with repairs on my new car to teaching me how to check the tire pressure on my car i've learned a great deal more from going here than any other auto repair shop in the past.

Friendly staff. Booking visits online is easy. They did excellent job detailing my Crosstour -- looked brand new! More recently, caught brake pad trouble during routine service & fixed it same day. Joe Malak
