I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. I had my 19 year old son take my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder to this facility for an “oil change” just like I had done in 2009 and 2010. On this particular occasion the person at the store (Mr. Torres) assisted my son. While my son asked for an oil change, he was told that he needed a fluid exchange since the car was old. My son said “oh ok”, gave them my credit card and they proceeded with the work. They took so long that my son called home to tell his mom he would be late for dinner and wondered why it was taking so long. When finished, the workers handed my son a bill for $632.83.
