My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. The remote start we purchased for my wife's Lincoln has been faulty since they first put it in. Fast forward to TWO separate trips to have the issue fixed, and they seem to be trying to blame Lincoln for the problem. They eventually got it fixed and said it was something having to do with a blown fuse or a short in the fuse box. I'm happy that it is finally fixed, but I did not appreciate the accusatory way they went at my wife. The owner's mother should be ashamed, the way he talks to a woman is disgraceful. We will not be returning any time soon.
