Car restoration service near Norwalk, CT

My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

I recently had an accident during a holiday weekend and shop owner John Pace went out of his way when I contacted his emergency number. Had my vehicle towed to shop dealt directly with my insurance company and had be back in my vehicle as if nothing ever happened within a few days. Repairs were evcellent and I will reccomend him to all my friends and family

We broke down on I-684 and had no choice about getting our fuel pump replaced here. The good - They were able to get to our car the next day (Saturday) and get it done and they gave our family of 4 a ride to a hotel. The bad - They are *very* expensive. While the parts and labor charges were clear and technically correct, they were at the very top of the high end of the range for everything. They were as expensive (or more) than going to a dealer! I had asked if they could cut us a bit of a break, given their high prices and our financial situation (We are not well off, as evidenced by our 11 year old car). But they would not even consider giving us even a dime of discount.
