Bob Thomas Ford recommended an unnecessary wheel alignment for my car. When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. Took my '04 Honda Civic in for a brake problem. Was told everything - rotors, pads, calipers, lines - needed to be replaced, was quoted $2500. Had the car towed at my own expense to another shop. Other shop diagnosed a broken brake line, cost me $228 to have it repaired. Brakes work fine now. Will not ever go here again.
