On this particular occasion the person at the store (Mr. Torres) assisted my son. While my son asked for an oil change, he was told that he needed a fluid exchange since the car was old. My son said “oh ok”, gave them my credit card and they proceeded with the work. They took so long that my son called home to tell his mom he would be late for dinner and wondered why it was taking so long. When finished, the workers handed my son a bill for $632.83.
