I would not recommend anyone to get any type of service done here. I sent my daughter to have a diagnostics and quote done by these rip off artist and they told her that it was her motor and wanted 2400.00. so I asked her to have it towed to another service center for an other opinion and when it arrived there they had discovered that the plugs and wires and coil removed. I would really like to know how to deal with these type of operators as I live so far away.

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. i have been taking my truck there for several years,they have been very curtious at all times,always willing to fit me into a tight schedule they have,cant say enough good things about north providence tire,i deal with sal he is fantastic and knows how to deal with the public.

AMAZING! My car broke down in Franklin, I live in Watertown...had it towed to Mark's thanks to AAA. I had no clue where to take my car as it was late and everything was closed ( good thing for google looking for local places ). He owns the place and worked on my car, he did not over charge on labor and he did not lie about the cost of parts to make money ( I have had this problem with places in Watertown, Midas, Firestone and the list goes on..although Perfection in Watertown is decent). After he fixed my car he took it for a drive and it was rainy so he replaced my awful wipers free of charge. He inspected all of my brakes free of charge ( my problem was right front brakes ). My car was fixed in no time and he offered to pick me up from the train station as I was not sure how I was going to get back to Franklin, but I ended up getting a ride. His place was very nice, he was very nice..you could tell he loves what he does. It was overall a wonderful experience. He was very honest and I will be making the drive to Franklin for all my car needs..yes, it was that good! Finally, honesty!! Thanks Mark, you saved the day and did not kill my wallet!

This facility will let you think that they can inspect your car. They are not licensed by the state of Rhode Island to inspect cars. They are however able to inspect trucks over 8500lbs. So if you need an inspection sticker nd you go to Wayne's this is what will happen to you. They will find problems with your car and tell you that it needs to be repaired, will overcharge you and even replace parts that were good to begin with. They will then take your car to another facility to have it inspected. If he is so honest and good why can't he be a Rhode Island state inspection facility for autos.
