Jeep service near Washington, DC

Paid $222 for A/C service and cabin air filter replacement because the air vent smells bad when I turn on the A/C. It still smells bad after 1 week of service.

My car was making a rattling noise when I started it. They did an oil change and said that fixed the issue. Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.
