Brian and Jennifer England opened British American Auto Care in 1978. Their goal from day one was to offer high quality, honest auto repair service. Upon this premise they have developed British American Auto Care into the community leader it is today.
Their initial plan was to offer quality service for British and American vehicles, hence the name British American Auto Care. They now offer quality service on most automobile makes and models on the road today -- Asian, European and American cars, including the newer hybrids and electric cars.

I received fast, honest and reliable service. BA Auto far exceeded my expectations and lived up to their positive reviews online. I had an unknown problem with my vehicle and didn't know what to expect. Of course I thought the worst and was anticipating an expensive repair. BA Auto diagnosed the issue and it ended up being a missing bolt and a few loose ones. They had my vehicle taken care of the same day and the charge was more than affordable. It was a huge relief to receive honest service at a more than reasonable rate. I'll be bringing my vehicle here for service when needed in the future! Serviced in September 2021.

Window works great. Thank you. Now all I need for my 2007 Volvo is the brake work, coolant flush, front lower control arm and ball joint replacement, and maybe a few more items replaced

Love this auto repair shop. Being a woman and looking young for my age has always been an issue when it comes to getting my car taken care of, especially at a dealership. I hated how they treated me at car dealerships. I was so happy to find this repair shop that treats their customers with respect, tells them what needs to be done ahead of time including cost estimates, and lets you know what issues may arise in the next few months. I also love that they have a shuttle so I don't have to sit around waiting for the car to be done. It's super convenient and their customer service is top notch. They treat their employees and customers like family and it shows!
