I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! This transmission shop treated me with full respect. I am a single woman who is somewhat intimidated by mechanic shops and they were honest and reliable. I recieved an estimate from another repair shop for 2400.00 + tax and discount tranny's repaird my car for 200.00 and it runs wonderful!

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

The experiace I had at this store was very good. Lowest tire prices in the city. They carry just about any brand. Employee owned company really shoed in their service. I highly recommend.

I have been bringing my car to Dion for 6 years now, and have always been satisfied with the work done on my vehicle, and the price. They really work with you, and make sure you they explain what's being done to your vehicle too; and that means alot to me. Always, very professional and respectful, and that's something that is welcoming. I feel like part of the aamco family, after 6 years of coming here. If you need a repair, I definitely recommend Aamco Frankford Ave. Just ask for Dion, and him and his staff will make sure to get you taken care of.

Do not go to this repair shop I took my car there because I had a check engine light and they inspected it and said I needed a rebuilt transmission. The total cost came up to 2400.00 dollars plus tax. I took my car for a second opinion and the repair shop fixed my car 200.00. They almost got me for 2200.00 dollars

Save yourself the Heartache! You will wait a long time, your car will not be fixed, you will take it back time and time again and guess what...It will not be fixed. You can try to contact customer service by phone and they will not call you back. Check there BBB Rating I believe it's under JimTim Enterprises before you use them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I am really surprise that you are requesting a survey from us after providing such a lousy service, or lack of service for our Mazda Tribute that you totally destroyed, causing us to junk same. After collecting over $1,600 from us, only to have the vehicle towed to our home for onward transmission to the Junk Yard; you were so interested in receiving your "REPAIR COST," that you forgot to put you had dismantled back on the vehicle before releasing it to the tow truck operator, after insisting, and receiving your "REPAIR COST," that I had to call you to my home to put what you had dismantled together; what a shame; I wish AAA could read this review and take you off their list of recommended auto centers; you are giving AAA a bad image by having you on their list. Anyway, the vehicle is off our hands now, thanks to you; as for recommendation, we suggest that your outfit be listed as a SAVAGE CENTER,OR BETTER STILL, XAVIER'S AUTO SAVAGE CENTER.
