I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! Dear mr customer with the brake light switch. Next time you have a part that does not work. Bring the car back to us and we will correct problem. You can even bring the defective part back to us. Do not come empty handed. There is also more than one part to make your brake light switch work! There is a fuse, there is wiring, and there is also a 25 cent clip that gets soft and falls apart over time. We are sorry for your bad experience and we would give you a free oil change for your inconvenience. Thank you. The management.
