Toyota service near Townsend, DE

Decided to give tire king on Governors Ave another chance today since my rear tires clearly have a leak. Last time I went, they told me nothing was wrong. Then my uncle took it back two days later and they fixed the problem for him. Today, they tried to tell me again that there wasn't anything wrong with the rear passenger but the drivers side needed a new valve stem, and walked away without telling me if they'd fix any of it. The owner came out and I asked what they were doing and he told me that his brother had already talked to me. I explained the situation with my previous visit and told them that if they weren't going to fix both, that I'd just like my car back and that I didn't want to spend any money there. He told me (and my 1 year old daughter) " I never want to see you again. Get the fuck out" So, I go to leave and see him in the parking lot, and confirm that he is the owner and I said "well that's a real shame" so he called me a bitch and told me to "go wreck" I never raised my voice, or lost my temper and this is how I was treated with my baby in my arms! When my dad called back to tell him he didn't appreciate how I was treated, he informed us that none of our family would ever be allowed there again.

Amazing guys! Have been coming here for many years and so have my parents and children. I had recently got an inspection done there. My vehicle didn't pass the first time but the guys were happy to point out what I needed fixed and explained the importance of why it needed to be fixed and even referred me to someone who could do the work for the best price. I was able to go back with in with no re-charge 30 days and under 1,000 miles to get it re-inspected and it passed! As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else and when someone needs a mechanic this is where I will send them. Thanks Bill & Kimmy, you guys are brilliant!

Service was prompt and great price. What I appreciated most was that they did not try to upsell me on extra unnecessary parts. I had been going to Jiffy Lube which is similar price but they ALWAYS get you before you leave saying your brakes need changing when they are fine or last time they tried to get me for $250 saying I need a new cabin filter which is crap?! R&M is a small shop, but they get what you need done and honest about it.
