What I appreciated most was that they did not try to upsell me on extra unnecessary parts. I had been going to Jiffy Lube which is similar price but they ALWAYS get you before you leave saying your brakes need changing when they are fine or last time they tried to get me for $250 saying I need a new cabin filter which is crap?! R&M is a small shop, but they get what you need done and honest about it.

Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The... read more My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.
