Great service. Fast appointment and courteous service. I’ve been to several mechanics including the dealer with no success repairing my tire. Finally, I take it to Girls Auto and they located and resolved the issue. Kudos to the mechanic!! Thanks

LOVE Girls Auto -from the easiest check in to having an estimate to review online and approve without having to do phone tag with the office - it's the best. Not to mention I love the staff and of course supporting women in this type of work space. I recommend them to all my local contacts!

(Vehicle parts were not required hence the lack of Markation) Last week was my first experience with the shop the degreased my engine and explained the process. Today was the “let’s see what we find” day they clearly took me through that process and when I had another question (because I had thought it’d be part of the answer) they set about handling THAT as well and told me the steps we will need to do to troubleshoot that. The staff is stellar. Each handles her/his portion and if something is another’s job, they let me know in a way that implies “I want you to get fhe beat information and this other person can handle this particular thing better than I” To quote Hiro fromBig Hero 6: “I am satisfied with my care”

The Girls Auto crew are always great to work with. This maintenance was challenging due to faulty replacement parts that had to be re-ordered & reinstalled. I appreciated the transparency about the unexpected issues that caused delays in finishing up the repairs. I’m happy with the results and quality of service. My only recommendation would be more timely communication about the delays so I could plan my schedule without having my car They continue to be my preferred car service provider

Sent car in for a brake check. GAC couldn’t find the problem (or the noise!) but checked every part of the brakes and wheels, and checked again, to make sure my ride was safe. Communication couldn’t have been better, and the price was fair for the work!

Inspection, oil change, new tires, new battery, detailing.
Have an older car that hasn't been driven much in the past year but needed to get back on the road. This situation was ripe for a mechanic to take advantage. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!! The Girls Auto Clinic was great, work done in an efficient and timely manner, they communicated every step of the way and the price was very reasonable. In fact, I was bracing for many hundreds of dollars more, so I was delighted. Will definitely tells my friends.
