If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. These guys are straight shooters that you can really trust. Willie and his crew fixed my GMC 1500 Denali when the dealership couldn’t get parts….I’m sure you’ve heard the excuses Covid this and Covid that. Well Willie doesn’t make excuses, he and his crew gets it done! Trust them before you trust a dealership!

They changed the timing belt water pump the belts were bad they reinstalled them never called me I have multiple vehicles I'm very disappointed and will not return

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.

I was lied to by a main dealer. They said I needed an expensive repair. These guys were honest. Told me it wasn't necessary. For that I will always be grateful, so they won my business, long term.
