Way overpriced. They charged me over $100 for an oil and filter change. They charge my 90-year-old mother over $500 for a battery and installation. They did give me nearly a $200 refund when I went in complaining about it. Frankly, $330 is still far too much for a battery and installation. I can accept $225 for the battery but $100 to install it?? That’s insanity. I was told that The paperwork even stated there was a problem with the wheel bearings claiming that my mother heard it. So not true. My family and I have been going to this place since it opened. We’ve all been for our last time. They’ve overcharged every single one of us in the past year since this new owner bought it.

I had an alternator go out on daughter's car. They job was repaired in promised time. However they need to better follow-up on employees work quality. Upon my daughter returning home from college I noticed the cover from the battery was missing. I called that promised to check for it in the shop and call me back. No follow-up up phone call. So now I have to spend more money to make it right. Attention to detail boys!
