the worst service ever , i wanted to buy a bottle of power steering fluid if they would top it of for me , the fluid cost $1795 but because no one was willing to help me i did not buy it . they all acted like they never saw a BMW before and no one knew how to put the fluid in . so i left and went to Advance auto and was treated great . auto zone had a bunch of dummies working for them .

I would never use this shop! Everytime I called to learn the status of the car repair I got a different answer. When the insurance company inspected the car the shop had not fixed parts that had been paid for. The process went on and on and I never felt they were honest. They even started to work on the car without proper authorization.

When I indicated the front desk associate the reason for my visit, she immediately spoke with her superior and asked a technician (who had not yet gone to lunch - it was,in fact,lunch time), to come out and look at the misaligned front bumper of my 2016 Mercedes Benz E350. Without any delay, he brought out the necessary tools and immediately loosened and realigned the bumper. I was impressed with the professionalism of the Staff, and the thorough knowledge and skill of the technician.
