Collision repair service near Richmond, VA

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! they charged me $400 more than the original estimate and went ahead and did those repairs without my consent after i told them not to do anything extra without telling me first. Then, when I got my car back we realized they put a used door on but charged me for a new door(it had a ding it in). Then they didnt even bother to buff the side of the car i had to come back for them to do that.THEN BEFORE WE LEFT THE LOT WE SAW THAT THEY HAD CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD!! the secretary came out and looked at it and apologized and said they did it and would fix it then when I brought back my car for them to fix the windshield they totally denied doing it even after my appraiser said it did not come from the accident and i have an email from him saying the body shop did it and now i have to pay out of my pocket for their mistake and take them to court to try and get reimbursed. The owner is totally unprofessional(getting smart with me and loud on the phone then when we show up to the shop him and his secretary go hide in the office!) also when i came back the third time it looks as though someone tried to kick their door in and now I see why! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR A REAL BODY SHOP!!!! I have talked to several other people that had problems with them including my neighbor.

They did do a wonderful job on my car how ever he is very unprofessional with the time that it should be finished in paperwork also DO NOT trust him with any money he will charge you more then what the job really is. Just be mindful when working with him because he is a fraud!!!!
