Our car got hit in a Publix shopping center by someone who admitted they were in a hurry. She said it was not her fault that she hit our car even though we were already pulling out before she came flying through. Contacted the insurance company who advised us it will probably be better for us to get quotes as our deductible will probably be the same for the amount of the repair. In addition, it isn't worth it to fight to get this woman to pay the cost. We ended up with two quotes and was trying to find a place on 15th Street that was recommended to us, but ended up at Ace-Tech Auto repairs instead. Richard was very caring and had the car pulled around to the back side to check out the dent. He was able to heat out the dent we didn't have to leave the car for two or three days as the others told us we would have to do. It was such a wonderful surprise to have someone who wasn't going to charge a high extravagant fee to have the dent removed. (much lower than our other quotes). We highly recommend this repair shop who cares about the customers.

Had bad viabration in my 2007 Ford Escape. Took it to Pep Boys ,they said the mounts were shot. Asked for an estimate DID NOT GET ONE! Went to Gold Coast Trnasmission on Ravenswood road. Spoke with Art and told him the problem. He test drove the car,put it up on the lift to do visual inspecton. He came with same diagosis. He qouted a price of $793.00 which I thought was high until I browsed the web for the parts. They weren't cheap. I told him to go ahead. I brought the car in on Fri Aug 29th. He said it would be ready in the afternoon. I get a call from them saying that Ford parts in Ft. Lauderdale screwed up and didn't send one of the mounts. I said I needed the car for the weekend. He immediatly went to work on the car and replaced 3 of the mounts and I picked up the car at 5 pm. I am to bring the car back on Wed so they can install last mount. NO EXTRA LABOR !! Car runs like new even with only 3 mount. Great place!! Clean shop !! They did what they said. I recomend this place for your auto needs. Thanks Art and crew!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, I HAD A TRANSMISSION REBUILT AT THIS SHOP IN 6 WEEKS A SEAL FAILED CAUSING THE TRANSMISSION FLUID TO COME OUT ALL AT ONE TIME BURNING UP THE TRANSMISSION, HE WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A PART HE PROVIDED AND INSTALLED IMPROPERLY, I HAD PAID $1400.00 ORIGINALLY, THEN HE CHARGED ME ANOTHER $900.00 STAY AWAY!!!!

This is the worst place ever to take your car to get your a/c fixed. People may seem nice and honest there. But my most sincere opinion is, to never go there for anything. Price might seem reasonable to you against comparing it to another competitor; because that's what we did. Trying to save a few bucks, bottom line, took our cars to get their a/c repaired and none of them work properly. Took one of them 3 times to see if they can correct the problem, and they couldn't it. They even said that they will find a professional in a/c to try to fix it. Bull and all bull...they didn't resolve the problem.

Visit 1: A test was done on the vehicle and we were charged $80 for it. As well $90 oil change was performed. Over the next week several lights inside of the vehicle turned on. We found a large volume of oil in our driveway. We returned the car to him. See Visit 2. Visit 2: Allen (the owner) admitted that the oil change was faulty. Allen stated that the oil filter was at fault. As well, Allen performed $300 in tests to figure out why the 'check engine' light was coming on - some of the same tests he performed the first visit. When our debit card was declined we asked if we could write a check - he said 'Make it out to cash.' The Next Evening - Car stopped running while driving home from work. Check engine light came on again. Had to spend $80 to tow it to the dealership (at this point we no longer trusted Allen or his competency with this vehicle). Spent $450 to replace the fuel filter - and do even more tests. Follow up visit to discuss: Went in to Allen to request my money back as the services we paid for he performed badly. Laid out the bill of the costs that we had to cover to manage the process. Allen offered $229 as a refund for his botched services, said take it or leave and said to sign a release form. When we said that wasn't fair and I showed him the below list of items that we felt he owned us Allen immediately called me a schmuck, told me to take him to court and raised his voice. One of his employees called the police on me. Cops came and said there was nothing to do. $80 Original incorrectly read scan. $95 - oil change refund that Allen admitted to screwing up. $275 - three scans which were run because Allen's oil change screwed up our car and because Allen couldn't figure out what was wrong. $80 - Price we had to pay for the car towing. $105 - Four hours of our time that we had to waste going back to Allen's shop in three different visits. went in to have my classic car serviced while away out of town, lower ball joints,wipers not working,& a/c service. the a/c service turned into a night with mis diagnostics 3 times & still did not get it right, 1st I was told I needed a compresor,next I needed an actuator that opened & closed my vents which I was told they needed to take the dash out of my car(which it never was) 8hrs of labor, next I needed a control head... this is where I put the brakes on. Whoa $1,500.00 later I was billed & only got my ball joints done & wipers working. A/C still does not blow cold air, not to mention they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a rear wheel drive full framed car (which cannot be done by the way) when I mentioned it Sam looked stunned & had no answer??? why the charge. next when my car was brought around after them having it for 2 weeks the lt & rt doors were riddled with door dents, when I showed him again he was stunned with a loss for words. & offered up $100.00 discount on my bill, well it cost me over $700.00 to re due my two doors & I run a collision center. (not even close guys) these people have no respect for your personal car as my classic was parked out back & was stained from front to back with tree droppings & bird poop, these guys are great talkers but don't be fooled unless its something they can plug a computer into & let it do the work for them. If you don't take my advise & still service your car there make sure you check it well for damages when you get it back as they stack cars side by side & on top of each other on lifts "just say no"

I have a motor home on a Ford chassis that had an intermittent ignition problem that no one could diagnose for nearly a year. Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. I called AAMCO in Lake Worth, FL on 3/19/14 to have them tow my car to check to see why my car wasn’t changing gears. On 3/20/14 Alex called me back and said that I need a new transmission and it would cost me $1500. He said the job would be complete tuesday 3/24/14. I gave him a verbal permission to start working on my car. Alex told me that since it was a big job, he would need a deposit of $600. On saturday morning i brought him the deposit and he reassured me again that my car would be complete on tuesday. On tuesday afternoon, I called Alex to make sure my car was done and he said no and that they were waiting on one part. He assured me that my car would be complete Wednesday afternoon. I called again Wednesday and he said that my transmission was rebuilt and all they had to do was a test drive and that he would give me a call. Since i didn’t hear from him thursday morning, i had my boyfriend call him. He said that he got a speed sensor error code and that he ordered the part and he would have my car on friday. Alex called me friday morning and said that my car is ready to be picked up. When the tow truck picked up my car, the only issue it had was the transmission. When i went to pick up my car, my motor making noise as if a hammer is hitting it, my car turns off when i put in park and Alex refuses to listen to me that they just made a bigger problem on my car. I refused to pay for a car that’s in worse shape then when i brought it in. I called Alex this morning 3/31/14 to ask for corporate’s number, Alex told me “if I contact corporate then the owners will delay fixing my vehicle”. I asked him for the owner’s name and he refused to give me that information. We are on day number 12 and I still DON’T have my car.

I dropped off my vehicle to get repaired they said they could not provide an estimate until they took it apart. Once they took it apart they informed me that it would be 6900 for repair or 1750 for them to pit ot back together. After they over a week they informed me the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I said I would pick up by the end of that day . They called me back and asked how I was paying I informed them I was paying by check just like the last 5 times I used this company. They called me back and said that since the amount was so high that they would only take cash or credit card. I went in to pick up my vehicle with credit card and was told they do not take American Express. So I left and went back with my visa debit card they then refused to take my credit card and wanted me to run as debit not credit. A debit card can not be charged for that amount and would not go through. They informed me I would have to bring them in cash or I would not get my vehicle back After inspection of the vehicle they damaged the passengers side of vehicle and when confronted they said they would give me a 1000$ credit but I would have to pay cash and have no warranty on vehicle repair. Not sure if vehicle is actually repaired or not since they have it blocked in and will not let me start it. Not comfortable paying anyone cash with no form of proof of work done. Never had this issue with them considering they repaired that vehicle before along with many others and always paid by check. But to demand cash after the job is supposedly done is ridiculous. I was informed that I had until Monday morning to bring in cash or they will not give me 1000$ credit which is not going to pay for the damage that they did charged me the full price and also storage fees.
