Having an auto repair facility that’s honest, trustworthy and courteou... read more Having an auto repair facility that’s honest, trustworthy and courteous is a breath of fresh air in these days and times, especially if you’ve been watching TV showing all the rip-offs and shoddy work being performed. In contrast, RPM technicians are highly trained, not only mechanically but on the latest computerized technology. Since all autos these days are run by computers, they keep up on the latest diagnostic technology; then apply this new technology to your automobile. Doing this will most likely pinpoint your problem, saving you time and money. If you give them an opportunity I’m sure they will meet your auto repair expectations as they did mine. If not, talk to Tommy the manager, if given the chance, I’m sure he will try his best to make it right. They have 10 locations in Jacksonville, so it’s likely there’s a facility near you. Honesty! I have found Clay County Transmissions to be reliable and hon... read more Honesty! I have found Clay County Transmissions to be reliable and honest. I have had repairs done when needed and the techs have told me when I didn't need repairs. The repairs have always been done well and the follow up is included. I have not found a more honest or reputable establishment. I will return to Clay Count Transmission when I need work again.
