I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

Will always do business with them

They towed my motorcycle and sent a $540 bill for all types of bullsh*t towing fees. They towed it on the 28th of January, signed the bill on February 5th, mailed it February 6th (right before the weekend, when mail doesn't get processed), and then it came in on February 10th. I now have to pay $700 in fees for a motorcycle that was towed and for a bill that they sent out so late that I was bound to accumulate more charges. Furthermore, they advertise 24/7 service on Google, but that's only their office hours and management says they lack the ability to change it. They charge you $50 if you want someone to come down after hours. They wouldn't waive a single cent. This entity is nothing but a scam. I live paycheck to paycheck making $5 an hour. Do not trust them.

An amazing team here, they treat you like family, service is very personalized and on point. Rocky and the mechanics are fair and truthful, jobs are always done correctly and with attention to detail. I have NEVER been disappointed here, they are so knowledgeable and have tons of experience. Hanna and Cindy in the office are amazing and a wealth of knowledge themselves! I am in good hands with them and would never trust my Jaguar to anyone else.

Brought my car in because, firstly I had a small oil leak and because the car kept dying on me. It is an Audi A4 Turbo, 14 years old. Austin did all kinds of test trying also to save me money before changing the Cat, becauwe he initially thought it was the Catalytic Converter. WWell after working at least four hours on the car, changing a few things here and there, which were not fixing the problem, he determined I did in fact need a new Cat. Took five days to get the part..it is an Audi...anyway, my car now runs like a well oiled machine. Austin did many test runs while figuring out the problem with new codes popping up here and there. He offered to gas the car up for me, which I declined. He did not try to take advantage of me being a woman. For the first four hours of work which did not solve the problem, he offered to only charge me for one hour but I told him that we should split the hours.
