Towing
They towed my motorcycle and sent a $540 bill for all types of bullsh*t towing fees. They towed it on the 28th of January, signed the bill on February 5th, mailed it February 6th (right before the weekend, when mail doesn't get processed), and then it came in on February 10th. I now have to pay $700 in fees for a motorcycle that was towed and for a bill that they sent out so late that I was bound to accumulate more charges. Furthermore, they advertise 24/7 service on Google, but that's only their office hours and management says they lack the ability to change it. They charge you $50 if you want someone to come down after hours. They wouldn't waive a single cent. This entity is nothing but a scam. I live paycheck to paycheck making $5 an hour. Do not trust them.

Got in an accident and gator came to scene due to police calling them . My truck was there over night and when i went to pick it up and pay the bill the man said before he tells me the total he needs to tell me its high because of the way they were called. they have to charge that price. Lets see throw a cover over damage 25.00, 100.00 tow for 2 to 3 miles. 24/7 hour towing but charge a 50.00 after hour call. accident was at 4:10 pm. the only real fair charge was 20.00 storage which should of covered throwing a tarp over damage, Oh yea there was a 35.00 labor charge, isn't that covered in the tow charge. Rather the police tells you to charge this or not that does 'nt sound like a fair bussiness practice, wife in hospital, other driver no insurance and you hit us while we're down THANKS GATOR. I will never recommend you to any one. You should treat all people the same.
