These are the only folks I've trusted my Volkswagen within the last three years or so - my roommate has brought her Honda there for six years. They are honest, reliable, and the only people I feel comfortable trusting my car with. Avoid this shop! Took my car for replacing one engine part. I was told that the part has been replaced and everything is working now. It turns out that part was put in incorrectly and two main bolts were not even installed. Three different auto repair shops looked a the repair and all said that they have never seen such a bad job. This badly put part caused $1,000 damage to two other parts and this repair shop refuses to take responsibility for their shoddy job. Friendly advice, AVOID Auto ER on Archer Road, Gainesville, FL.

We were evacuating from Hurricane Irma and our alternator went out. We had our truck towed to Computa Tune for repair. We had all of our dogs with us and we were trying to make it to my sister's house in Georgia. Thank God we chose this shop for the repair. They fixed our truck and the price was unbelievably low. I had my car towed to Advance Auto because the starter died. They checked out the car and called me with a very reasonable price quote. When I picked my car up several hours later, the owner gave me the total, which was less than 1/2 the quoted price - he had checked out the starter, found that it had a short in it and repaired it for me,saving me the cost of the new part!! Additionally, they washed and vacuumed the car and scrubbed my ridiculously filthy wheels. They are cleaner than they've been since they were new! This is the most honest and honorable auto repair establishment that I have EVER had the good fortune to deal with.
