We had one of those tires blow out on the highway, and we contacted Highway 19 Tire Co. and even though they have a no refund policy they were willing to reimburse me the money for the tire that blew out. I want to express my thanks for a prompt response and addressing my concern. This is a prime example of customer service. I would reccommend anyone in that area to visit HWY 19 Tire Co. You will not be disappointed and of course they have a friendly staff.
