Do not waste your time and get scammed by this company. A year ago my A/c unit was repaired at this shop. After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.

I recently called Tire Kingdom to explain a problem I was having with my car. I was told when I have about 45 minutes if I could bring the car in they will look it over and give me an estimate at no charge On Monday afternoon I did just That. The mechanic check over my car. I was given the results by the assistant manager and the mechanic showed me the problems. They gave me several different options/suggestions. Everyone at Tire Kingdom were friendly, helpful and professional. I give a thumbs to the Zephyrhills Tire Kingdom and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you for your assistance.
