Transmission repair service near Callahan, FL

I'm actually another repair facility, so obviously I KNOW how repair facilities work and have been doing this for 20 years. I recently did business with this repair facility. One of MY customers was passing through Jacksonville when her engine started making noise. She went into this shop to find out what was going on with her vehicle. She was told it needed an engine. She then called me to assist her with her vehicle. I spoke to the owner, Tim, who told me the engine has low end banging noise. I asked if he would pull codes for me which he did. he indicated there were no stored codes. I expected to pay a fee but $110.00 is extremely excessive. Given the same circumstances my shop would have charged 35.00, (maybe), probably would not have charged anything. So let's break this down, I was charged $45.00 for Tim listening, yes listening and another $65.00 for pulling codes. Now everyone who reads this, check your local papers. You will find that EVERY shop charges $0.00 to pull codes and I've never heard of anyone charging for listening. I have to say Tim, I truly feel you took advantage of me. I'm not just a customer off the street, I KNOW what you have to do. I KNOW what goes on within repair facilities. I hope everyone reading this sees this as the rip-off it really is. I agree with the Comment above! TOP NOTCH SHOP! Just WOW not only the customer service was WONDERFUL but the repair was fast and the BEST PRICE in town was correct aswell! ASE is now my repair shop! My dad sent me to ASE after another WELL KNOWN shop quoted different repairs and was going to break the bank :(. So i went to ASE and the owner walked me into the shop while my Jeep was in the air and showed me my oil leak and where it was coming from. also one of the cables from the starter was messed up with corrosion(white stuff) and it wasnt my transmission it was my clutch that needed to be replaced. Long Story short its been 2 months and NO leaks, starts EVERYTIME and my clutch is awesome we used a performance clutch and I LOVE IT!!! barks the tires and thats what I WANTED! and hmmm my transmission is fine just like the man said. I tell everyone about this shop being a single mom i have to be cautious of being taken advantage of. This place was upfront and they showed me old parts the lady in the office took me home so i didnt have to call a uber! oh when it was ready she came and picked me up too but they vaccumed my jeep and i looked for greasy finger prints... NONE im VERY PICKY and they won me over. Just dont find places like this my dad was right I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASE - mr dave hats off to u!

***** Do not go there they are crooks****** Traded cars but I kept my title untill Luis ROSA had full repaired the car he wss trading. Car cam with two bad tires. Couldn't see them be cause it was lowered. He said he would raise the car back up he never did he said the car had adjustsble susp false!! They were 3.45 lowering springs I replaced them thats when I found out sbout the tires thats two lies. The car sat in my drive way for two months waiting on tires I bought I saiid nothing. Now I come home from work car dies tow it to him that friday he drove the csr all over including my brothers work. The following friday he calls and days its fixed when I got there he wanted mycars title and $400.00 for the repsires he new about becouse I brought it to him 3 times he said it was ficed the it blew up. Now he wont give my other car back so I filled a police report and taking him to court. Stay away most people there dont speak english btw he said they just put a new motor before I got it

Their diagnosis was wrong. Now they say they did not give me a diagnosis. I wouldn't complain if that were true. I paid GMC $166 for labor and I paid $225 for the control module. Now I have to also pay GMC $166 for a diagnostic test because All Pro gave me the wrong diagnosis. I told GMC not to do the diagnostic test because it was done by All Pro. Now I know better. Never trust All Pro Automotive! Not only did they diagnose it wrong and point out the part that needs replacing when I asked what it was, now they deny ever diagnosing it and say it was beyond their ability to properly diagnose. So I just paid over $550 for nothing. Don't trust their word. They are liars.
