I took my 2011 Mustang GT to the shop to have an exhaust kit installed. The owner was very knowledgeable and completed work on time. I was very happy with the quality of work as well . The price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend this shop.

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

I HAD TO REPLACE THE SWAY BAR LINKS AND TIE RODS ON MY 2005 HONDA PILOT. I WENT SHOPPING AROUND AND FINALLY ENDED UP AT DAVE'S SHOP TO HAVE MY REPAIRS DONE. HIS FRIENDLY APPROACH AND COURTEOUS TECHS WERE VERY HELPFUL. MY BILL WAS LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT HONDA QUOTED ME ON LABOR COST. WITHIN TWO HOURS I GOT BACK MY VEHICLE WITH 100% CUSTOMER SATIFICATION. We brought in a used vehicle we had just purchased because the gears were not shifting smooth and there was a troubling vibration at low speeds. The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost. We truly appreciate the fact that we have been able to rely on Dealer Service Alternative team to be ethical, efficient, helpful and prompt. Fantastic service replacing suspension on my 2013 Range Rover at one half the cost of dealer

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair.
