exhaust work

I took my 2011 Mustang GT to the shop to have an exhaust kit installed. The owner was very knowledgeable and completed work on time. I was very happy with the quality of work as well . The price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend this shop.

Went for an estimate on my AC

The man at the counter was extremely rude. I have been having trouble with my AC and knew already the clutch had gone out in it. I took to this place to just get an estimate and possibly have them fix it. He told me it was going to be awhile to actually look at my car and when I asked roughly he said up to an hour. I said okay and sat patiently. He came back in and told me that my AC was shot. (obviously I knew this or I wouldn't have even came)And that it needed to be fixed before he could fix my AC. He also said then he would not be able to tell what other parts I needed for my AC until it was fixed. I finally said okay what needs to be fixed in order to tell what other parts I need. I said is it the clutch or what? He said he need to get it running. I said how do you get it to run? He finally said the AC compressor. (It was the most idiotic coversation I have ever had with a grown man) He acted like I knew what needed to be fixed to get the AC running. And let me just say my father who is a retired AC technician was also there and was completely confused by this mans explanation for what he would have to do to fix my AC. I asked for an estimate for the AC compressor and he told me he would have to look it up and probably about a grand. So basically he did not even want to look up an estimate for my AC compressor and then told me he could not tell what is all wrong with it until it is apart. Then there would be additional charges on top of that. I then just decided to leave after I told him thanks for nothing. He then left my car keys in my car with it running and windows down out in the parking lot! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They may do good work but price wise and customer service wise the are absoulutely horrible!

Wheel Bearings

I recently needed my wheel bearings changed as well as other wheel maintenance. I am very satisfied with the work that was done in a timely manner and the higher quality parts used.

none

Came here because it had good reviews, have a 2004 mazda 6 that needed gasket replacements...owner pointed out where my exhaust leaks were and said that the "after market" parts were going to be up to $500. Tried talking to me like i had no car knowledge. The gaskets were as little as $6 a piece and the labor work only costs $50. I dont recommend this place to anyone. I recommend "Midas" for any of your repairs.
