I had my van on a dirt country road, where I hit a big hole and bottomed the truck out with a big hit. I broke the exhaust completely off the manifold. They repaired this and made a through inspection for other damage. I normally do my own repairs, but did not have the time for this work and needed to get the truck running and safe quickly. Service Masters did not disappoint. They are professional and courteous. I called them with questions and comments several times. They were always patient and helpful. I will absolutely use them again. It is great to know I have someone I can trust to handle repairs when I can't get to them myself.

My "vintage" Class A diesel motorhome has toured beautiful North America from Key West to Fairbanks and Cabo San Lucas to Halifax. I rely on Preventive Maintenance Service to keep the old rig reliable and roadworthy when home in St. Pete. On this year's trip to the Pacific Northwest, one of the Suburban furnaces quit working. Two different service centers in that area worked on it. One didn't have a clue what was wrong. The other gave the furnace Last Rites and wanted to sell me a new one. Once home, the folks at PMS checked it out and found a defective wire which they immediately repaired. The unit works like new. I highly recommend PMS for any of your motorhome/RV maintenance needs. Gary does such excellent work. I have used his body shop numerous times over the past 15 years and referred others to him as well. This time he re-painted my bumpers and side mirrors. My truck is 12 years old and it looks brand new. He knocked out the dings and did a stellar paint job. Gary's prices are very reasonable and his work is superior.

Frank is a master in his art. He has now completed the 2nd major engine out service on my Ferrari 355, the first in 2008 and recent one in 2015. The most recent service included huge changes including radiator replacements, suspension and shock work, engine tear down to replace and test everything (injectors, leakdowns etc). Frank takes his time and misses nothing. Anything that comes up while in the process gets a phone call and a decision is jointly made before he proceeds. He takes his time and is a true adviser, never pushing for additional work always advising and showing, reviewing and making decisions based on time and cost and availability. He is honest in his assessments and happy to review risk/rewards. His pricing is fair and he has never taken advantage. He treats all his customers with respect and not as another wallet to be taken advantage of. He truely loves the cars he is working on. He will happily take time for phone calls and "dumb owner" questions and happy to meet with you any time of the day to just shoot the breeze. Nobody will ever work on my Ferrari's other than Frank in the future.

They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it would be done. They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.
