Good, honest, hard working folks here. They probably undercharge for the level of quality they provide! They're very friendly and seem to love helping people. The techs are pretty approachable when they're not deep into a job, but they bust their butta getting the job done, so don't be put off if they're not ready to shoot the breeze. I just got my 2004 new VW Beetle back and I am totally amazed at how it is running. I was having shifting issues and now it is just like brand new again.
