Hi my name is John and my wife and I are the owners of CJ's. I moved from New York to Florida in 1986. I was originally a machinist by trade, but my love of cars led me to develop an interest in transmissions. After many classes and seminars on the subject I decided to venture out and opened CJ's in 1989. I continue to further my education in the automotive industry becoming ATRA and ASE master certified, two highly respected organizations in the automotive community. Myself, as all the techinicans at CJ's attend regular seminars and educational classes. I have served as the president of sportsman's sertoma for 2 years as well as supporting many community projects. The towns of Dunnellon, Crystal River, Floral City, Inverness, Inglis and Ocala have been very good to us in the 20 years we have been in business here and we try our best to give back to the community whenever we can. Myself and my employees are committed to providing quality automotive service with honesty and integrity.

VW Repair
I just got my 2004 new VW Beetle back and I am totally amazed at how it is running. I was having shifting issues and now it is just like brand new again. I am so impressed with the work preformed at C.J.'s transmission shop. Will be going here for all my work. Very honest, good quality and reasonable priced. Can't beat them!!! Thank you.
