As a woman going to that type of environment is never a comfortable experience they always seem to think they have the upper hand on you and treat you as such. How refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and courtesy. Definitely top of the line service I would recommend them to my friends and family! The work on my car was impeccable, Duwayne even took care of arranging my car rental pickup and drop off... thank you for such an incredible job!

I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING! If you're looking for an honest shop and want o avoid the dealership, this is your place. They service ALL makes too! Thanks Roger!
Horrible cusomer care! I am a forigner also and have no problem with a... read more Horrible cusomer care! I am a forigner also and have no problem with accents. It is the rudeness and unsanitary physical appearance of the owner that bothers me. If you want to be yelled and have your car trashed this is the perfect place for you. After 2 weeks of nothing but smoking inside of my car I had to take the car to another shop. He did not charged me but on my way out he yelled one more time. I know what is wrong and fix it for $900. Once I got home I noticed a bunch of missing screws and panels not put back the right way and some bucher job on wiring. What a horrible way to run a business!
