I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop. There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I always felt like I knew what was going on, and that she cared about my business, and my car. I trust her with my Porsche now, and plan to trust her wth many more in the future. Very good service, never had a problem with any mechanic, professionally run and operated. Have been going here for a long time and they have always been honest with me on everything. They have a great staff, and take care of business in a fast, efficient method.

I used to go there a lot, but the last two or three times was less than perfect. I left them a tire to check a slow leak weeks later Nobody took care of it really! I talk to the boss Ziad he is only song and dance. Then I asked the guy to flip a Tire on the rim they damaged the bead scrapping that one year old tire…. Needless to say I’m not going back.

My Review, I spent $20,000 with these people less than a year ago. Everything they touched has fallen apart and I am having to redo everything they did and I mean everything they did! They overcharge, falsify parts, and treat people like garbage. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!
