My experience with Euro Auto tech was excellent, I felt my car was in great hands, I felt these guys knew exactly what it needed to be done and they were honest and reasonable, they are great in their pricing and time, they were fast, professional and reliable, they even gave me a ride home until my car was done. Being an ex-mechanic I only bring my cars in for service when I lack the tools to do the job. Hence I use(d) this auto center for alignments, mounting tires, balancing tires, and rotating tires (merely because they have a lift and rotate the tires for free). I started using this Goodyear service center after the Midas that I previously used lost their competent manager. When I began using this Goodyear service center there was also an excellent manager. Sadly that manager left, and this service center has degraded in quality to the point that I would consider bringing my car there dangerous. I recently used their tire, rotation, and balancing services for the last time. I have experienced tire pressures in excess of 20 psi over what is recommended by the manufacturer on the door jam, improperly torqued lug nuts (I witnessed this in the shop as well as checked the lugs with my torque wrench when I got home. Improper torquing of lug nuts is quite dangerous.), improper tire balancing (after bringing the car back 3 times), and improper alignment (after bringing the car back three times). I do not recommend this service center for alignments, tire mounting and balancing, or even tire rotation (due to improperly torqued lug nuts). And if the techs are so sloppy as to disregard tire pressures and torque specs, I sure as heck would not want them touching something as crucial as my brakes. I have recently started using Weber Wheel Alignment in West Palm, whose techs are competent and attentive. They got my alignment spot on in one attempt so I never had to bring the car back. They will be getting my business for tire mounting and balancing as well now. Which is saying a lot as I'm located south of this Goodyear, making the trip to Weber quite a bit longer than I'd like for car service.

i do not write reviews normally,,,but i read them a lot so i wanted to give one to this firestone. lake worth rd and jog. their honest! ive bought tires for all 3 of my vehicles here.-they rotate them for free during every oil change. & they always offer coupon rates when i forget mine or when they have one available that i was unaware of- alignments and oil change and tires GREAT HOMETOWN SERVICE! I recommend every FEMALE whos tired of being ripped off to visit this particular Firestone Auto Care!

This place is a scam, stay away. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would bet money they are unlicensed. They will take your money and not preform the service!

I want second opinion, and repair or used replacement

This Midas location is less than 5 minutes from my house so I always use them. Not just for the convienience, but for the guys that run it, and the excellent service they provide. They remember my name, my car, and my wife. One day I dropped my car off to be serviced and was waiting for my wife to get out of work to pick me up. One of the mechanics shift was over so he offered to run me up the street to my house. They remember what service you got last time you were in and ask you how its been working out for you. They are very honest and straight forward. If you need something done you didn't know about they will let you know and give you an estimate, as well as a timeline for which you should have it done. These guys are very nice and they work fast. Midas is not the little oil change chain I thought it was. Its an actual garage, with many services available for a great value.

You have my word on it!! ? First I will tell you that your car is too dangerous to drive, and I will not let you leave my shop without me repairing the fake and made up repairs. I start by saying that your brakes are no good even though I never even looked at them. Another scam is I tell you that your serpentine belt is about to break and that you will be stranded on the highway. This works every single time lol…losers. ? I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop. Get there and them service your vehicle......................

Korey and his guys are the best; they are fast, honest, reliable no matter what the issue is. I've had electrical issues traced and fixed, coolant leaks taken care of and of course oil changes. Tilden is my go to shop for all my automotive servicing needs. Vito
